What Is Your Return Policy?
Our furniture is custom hand-made for all of our clients and therefore not eligible for refunds except in special circumstances. If your purchase is eligible for a refund you must contact our team within 10 days of receiving the product to facilitate the refund process and return shipping options. Please include photos of the product issue in your email which can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be sent back in their original packaging. Eligible returns include:
- The product does not match the description or dimensions provided on the product page or directly by our team
- The product was damaged during shipping
Refunds will be applied to your original payment method 5-7 business days after processing your return at our facility.

Standard Local Delivery - Within 100km of Okotoks, AB - Delivery Charge: $90
Standard Canada Delivery - Delivery Charge: $180
Shipping: Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase.
