The vanity does not include a sink since all needs are different. Since all sinks are different, you will need to drill the drain hole as well which is easy to do.

Bracket for hanging the vanity on the wall isn't included because there are many types (hidden in wall, outside of wall) and each situation is different. If you'd like help choosing the right one for your needs we can give you some sugestions.
